but does not include an inspection of the underparts of the car and the exhaust system.
If you read this article you most probably have been disappointed at some point of time when you liked a vehicle and realize that it is 300-400 km away from your home. Then secondly you plan a full day trip, drive 300-400 km to it just to find out that it is a scrap. Because of the fact the you have to do your daily job and the cost of the trip can turn out to be significant you can quit and stop.

The process step by step:
Your responsibilities as buyers:
1) You pick up the vehicle from bulgarian website – mobile.bg, cars.bg
2) You contact the seller and inform him about the car’s check/inspection
3) One inspection takes approximately 1 hours (60 Minutes). He has to be available or to be willing to leave the keys to the technician. Ask for his/her permission.
4) You require from the seller VIN number if you would like to get VIN check if that is possible for the particular car.
5) You agree with the seller to provide enough space and entry to the car. The car should not be surrounded by other cars who can disturb the technical and visual check.
6) You discuss with the seller to prepare all necessary documents for check – registration certificates, technical checks, service history, user manuals, invoices of repairs and replacements done, as well the ignition key. If the seller refuses to provide all the information in advance, you have to inform me before I go there!
7) You have to ask the seller about the test-drive of the vehicle – Yes, No and under which conditions? In order a test drive to be performed the car has to have valid plates, registration certificates and insurance.
8) You send me a link to the advertisement, telephon number of the seller, name of the seller and the VIN (up to you) together with working hours of the seller and a suitable time span for car check.
9) It is your responsibility to get the approval of the seller to bring the car to car’s service garage in order to cehck the bottom part of the car if you would need this service.
In case all these points from 1) to 8) sound too complicated for you or you just do not want to do it, we can do this instead of you for only 20 Euro extra.
My responsibilities as a Checker:
10) I get in touch with the seller to arrange the exact date and time of the car’s inspection.
11) I execute all inspections mentioned in the control check list – https://cars-help.com/bg/polezna-informaciya/kontrolen-list-s-kriterii-za-proverka-na-upotrebyavan-avtomobil/
12) I describe and take fotos of all the disadvantages and problematic zones of the automobile and summarize them in a check-protocoll and then send it to you. Of course we will have a phone call about the technical and visual condition of the car as well.
13) If the car passes by all the tests and checks successfully, I can leave a deposit at your behalf and reserve the car for you (the price for this service is given in the price list below). In this case you can freely plan the pick up of your new vehicle.
PRICES:
Price for a technical and visual check of 1 car at car’s location in Sofia: 50 Euro.
Price for a technical and visual check of 1 car at car’s location in Vratsa, Dupnitsa, Blagoevgrad, Plovdiv: 50 Euro + 0.30 Cents/km, measure by maps.google.com from the city center of Sofia
Price for a technical and visual check of 1 car at car’s location in Varna: 50 Euro.
Price for a technical and visual check of 1 car at car’s location in Burgas, Stara Zagora, Veliko Tarnovo, Dobrich, Ruse: 50 Euro.
SUV check is 60Euro. Bus check is 70 Euro.
Professional computer diagnosis of a car at car’s place:
– Condition of diesel injectors
– Failure Check for Computer Errors
– Test of all car sensors
has to be paid 30 Euro extra and the buyer has to inform the seller in advance about the computer check. Without the agreement of the seller, the computer check on his car cannot be executed.
Car’s inspection at my trusted car service in Sofia costs 60 Euro. You have to carry the cost of 8 Euro per hour extra for the service (to take the car to the service bring it back). Usually the procedure takes 2 hours. It means that you have prepay 16 Euro in advance for this service. If the car has no registration plates or dealers plates then the buyer has to pay 40 Euro in total (both ways) for road assistance .
Car’s inspection at an authorized branded car service – 8 Euro per hours (includes pick up, waiting time during the check and delivery of the vehicle back to the seller). You arrange the check in the authorized dealership between me, the seller and the dealership itself.
If you would not like to do the activities in points 1) to 9) above, for a symbolic 10Euro fee I can have a call with the seller, to gather all the information about the car and then tell you everything about it.
If you would like to let me bargain the car for you because I know how much exactly to push the price down and what to say to the seller and how much is the market price of the vehicle you have chosen, then you paid 50 Euro in advance and the agreed discount is divided 50/50 between you and me.
Prepayment of the vehicle: In case you would like me to prepay the vehicle at your favor and to prepare the contract for sale on your name – commission 50 Euro + initial transfer of the deposit upon our agreement.
